Quran Memorization Contest During the Month of Ramadan

The Prophet peace be upon him said:

“The best of you is he who learnt the Holy Quran and taught it to others.”

During this month of Ramadan, Masjid As-Sunnah is holding a contest in the memorization of selected Surats from the Quran. The contest is open to everybody with valuable prizes for the winners.

Men and women as assigned to memorize surat Al-Ahzab while Kids under 10 years old are assigned surat Al-Zariaat.

The final recitation will take place on either the 27 or 28 of July at the Masjid and the winners’ announcement is on the night before the 27 of Ramadan.
